Third Wheeling

Ok, so I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only person that this has happened to, but has anyone else made plans with a person only to turn up and find that they've brought someone else with them? The reason I bring this up is because I've recently been 'third wheeled'.

Being 'third wheeled' isn't a nice feeling, I've had it happen to me enough times to know, so why do people do it? I would never make plans with a person, randomly bring a friend along and then just ignore the person who was kind enough to invite me along in the first place. I just don't understand how some people think it's socially acceptable.

I think that this hatred of being 'third wheeled' is the reason for my love for even group numbers. In my head if there is a group with an odd number of people in it someone is inevitably going to get left out (most of the time it's me), but if you have an even group everyone has a buddy and someone isn't going to end the day feeling alone and disappointed. I'm sorry if you think differently. But this is how I feel. Rant over!

A Fresh Start

Hi guys,
This is my third (and hopefully final) attempt to start a blog. I don't know why I find it so hard but I'm sure that I'll keep it up once I get into it.
I just thought I'd give you a brief introduction on me:
I'm Charlotte and I'm a socially awkward teen from Preston in the UK. I have quite a few different interests which include singing, acting, dancing, baking, sketching and collecting fridge magnets. I also have a slight obsession with Criminal Minds and The Walking Dead.

This is me if anyone wanted to know:

And this is my family (excluding the dogs, cats and tortoise):

Hopefully I didn't bore you all and fingers crossed I will continue with this
